Because of our experience and ongoing relationships with most contractors, it is in your best interest to contact in house services prior to using outside contractors. We offer competitive pricing with personalized service.

The Contractors listed below are approved and have access to the property until the posted expiration date. Should you request service after the expiration date, the contractor will need to provide us with updated insurance information prior to gaining access to the property.

Contractors and Service Companies not on this list are not allowed access to the property until they are approved. A Contractor Application Form must be submitted and approved prior to the contractor or service company entering the premises. All contractors and service companies must provide insurance naming River Bend Marina as an additional insured prior to entering the property. This is common and all contractors are aware of the procedure. An access code will be assigned to a contractor once they have been approved.

Do not give your personal access code to anyone. Boat owners can lose access to the property for allowing any contractor or service company access without prior approval by River Bend Marina management.

A minimum 40.00 fee will be imposed on all contractors and service companies if no annual agreement is on record.
